WALTER SANTIAGO JR.

 ASSOCIATE

Walter’s practice is based in litigation with a focus on commercial and business litigation, real estate litigation, and employment litigation. Walter joined VOGRIN & FRIMET, LLP, as an associate attorney in 2018. Prior to joining VOGRIN & FRIMET, LLP, he worked as an associate for a New York based law firm where he successfully argued against Orders to Show Cause in emergent matters in New Jersey. Walter has successfully argued motions on behalf of his clients in both state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey.  Through aggressive litigation and negotiation, Walter has resolved numerous cases to the benefit of his clients.

Walter’s prior experience includes working as an associate with Curcio Mirzain Sirot LLC where he primarily focused in the area of Homeowners and Condominium Association Law.  Before graduating cum laude from Rutgers University School of Law, Walter worked as a law clerk with the law firm of Ginarte, O’Dwyer, Gonzalez, Gallardo & Winograd, LLP, and also worked as a real estate agent for Century 21 Constanza & Providence where he maintains an active and valid real estate license in the state of New Jersey.
